You've heard of ChatGPT. You've scrolled past the headlines. Bur do you actually know what an LLM is - or how AI is already showing up in licensing, liability, and the work you do everyday?
In this one-hour live session, Chief Mark Cheatham cuts through the noise and fills in the gaps — covering the foundational AI knowledge most people don't realize they're missing, and then applying it where it matters: reducing administrative error, mitigating liability risk, streamlining licensing and reciprocity processes, and understanding why keeping a human in the loop isn't just good practice — it may be your legal lifeline.
Whether you're a licensing agency, a regulatory board, or a contractor navigating this new landscape, you'll walk away with the ingredients to start building an AI strategy that actually works for your kitchen.
This is Part-1 of a two-part series - join us here so you're ready to go deeper at the NASCLA Annual Conference this September.
